, you'll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners. You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
Conduct technical workshops, knowledge transfers, and handovers to clients and partners.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalated issue resolution.
Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and security compliance.
Support upgrade, patching, and lifecycle management activities.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in
pre-sales or post-sales engineering
for
leading or emerging cybersecurity products
.
Strong understanding of
network security technologies
, including
firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence platforms
.
