Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Industrial X-ray or CT systems & relevant scanning technique.
• Domestic & international customer support including business trip. (ASIA & OCEANIA)
• Repair, troubleshooting, relocation & installation system in field.
• Support sales including but not limit to exhibition/ demonstration/ road show.
• Service administration duties:
• To perform quotation and invoicing for repair job and spare parts.
• To coordinate with customer for purchase order for repair and spare parts. To monitor customer repair and spare parts lead time.
• To generate service report upon job completion.
• To provide solution/support to customer/dealers over email/phone call/ Microsoft Teams
• To conduct / attend service training.
• To learn and teach relevant application training to customer after installation.
• Plan and conduct activities to increase service revenue for X-ray products in Singapore and other ASEAN countries.
• Make a quality report and improvement request and report to the factory.
• Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical or other related engineering field.
• Min 3 years experience in handling/repair X-ray systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Words, Power Point, Outlook.
• Basic hardware computer knowledge is a plus point.
• Able to give presentation with confidence.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful.
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team player.
• Keen to learn attitude is a must.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Willingness to work over-time if required.
