In this role, you will participate in Blocker Escalation and Incident Management as well as Inner-sourcing, working closely with the Engineering team.

Responsibilities
Resolve stakeholder issues through effective diagnosis, troubleshooting and development of internal tools and automation to assist with troubleshooting and issue management.
Create playbooks, tools and software to enable the Server Operations team to resolve blocking issues without the need for escalation.
Agile prioritization and strong communication / collaboration skills.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Google Server Operations and Engineering teams on the issues and underlying root causes resulting in negative business outcomes.
