Job Description
Position: Technical Specialist
& Requirements
On-site servicing, maintenance and installation works at client's site Repair and fault rectification on equipment Assisting in on site installation work Ability to diagnose and repair faults to component level Support in-house preparation, repair and field service job Delivery of Goods including load and unloading Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Address and resolve customer issues promptly via email/phone/message as the main contact point. Work Closely with sales, operations team in daily routine work Support on all technical, operations and logistic matters Prepare quotation/ delivery order and other documents Other Ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year(s) experience in relevant field High degree of initiative and multi-tasking manner Good communication, independent, committed, meticulous, good customer service level Entry-level are welcome but must have a keen learning attitude Driving license (Class 2 /Class 3/4 manual) Able to work overtime (Saturday) as and when required
Can start work immediately will be an advantage
