Responsibilities:

  • To investigate production failure and customer returned unit (level 3 investigation at SRU level ) to meet performance objectives with minimum supervision includes:
- Performing investigation on all production unit / customer returned unit for which he/she has been trained or assigned to perform
- Performing proper investigation on production units / customer return unit in compliance with Production Best Practices as well as relevant procedures issued that governing production ( MIF, WCI, Chorus, etc ) and quality control
- Respecting the KPI target set by APU leader * Failure analysis on production and customer returned unit failure and work closely with Product Manager to provide improvement action
  • Manage SRU No Go WIP and FAL return
  • Accurate reporting of any low signal encountered during production / customer returned unit failure. Detect and alert in case of default or results deviations (even if still within the good range)
  • To involve in 5S and Kaizen initiatives
  • To support Product Manager on monitoring product quality performance ( R1/R2 and FPY ) and provide improvement action
Requirements:
  • Min. NITEC / Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
  • Competent in the use of in-depth diagnostic theory and technique.
  • Basic understanding of product manufacturing process
  • Ability to operate complex test & troubleshooting tools

  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: 5 Days / Week, Shift work may be required
