: Reporting: . Perform general administration duties . Assisting the Merchandisers on S4-related campaigns follow-up, POS, and product code creations . Weekly S4 Stores' Sales Trac : Reporting: . Perform general administration duties . Assisting the Merchandisers on S4-related campaigns follow-up, POS, and product code creations . Weekly S4 Stores' Sales Tracking and analysis Mobile Repairs: . Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile devices . Quality control and testing of repaired devices to ensure full functionality. Resolve/manage customer inquiries . Maintain and use repair tools and equipment. . Provide estimates and quotes . Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service Notebook Repairs: . OS Setup & Software installations . RAM upgrades . Screen replacement . Keyboard replacement . Battery replacement . Assess and fix water damage on motherboard . Identify issues and provide technical solutions . Ability to multi-task between repairs and customer service . Any other ad hoc duties as assigned Knowledge & Experience . Proficient in MS Office & Excel . Have experience in Handphone repair . Basic computer hardware knowledge . Up-to-Date Knowledge with variety of Operating Systems . 'O' Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related fields . Minimum 1 year of working experience . Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices (i.e. Android or Apple) Personal Attributes . Must be willing to work on Weekends, Public Holidays and Retail Hours . Committed and able to work independently . Customer Service orientated . Attention to detail and show initiative . Good interpersonal and communication skills . Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
