Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic repairs on motorcycles, review diagnostic test results
Provide guidance to technicians on proper techniques in motorcycles troubleshooting
Responsible for smooth and efficiency workshop operations on daily basis
Handle technical queries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Perform service/repair work to ensure expected delivery timelines
Perform major fault diagnosis and repair work to all models
Responsible for quality controls on all serviced/repair works
Lead and mentor a team of technicians to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs
Coach and guide technicians when they faced difficulty performing service work
Carry out road tests with customers and diagnose problems accordingly
Advise technicians of any additional work found necessary on motorcycles being worked on
Ensure that tasks are written as detailed on the job card is completed within the manufacturer's standard repair times where possible
Notify service team of additional works needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customers are informed of the delay
Fully conversant with all manufacturers' technical literature to coach and develop training programs for all technical staff
Ensure workshop are fully equipped with necessary tools and equipment and in good working conditions
Ensure that the workshop is kept neat and tidy with safe working environment and reporting any hazards immediately to the manager
Any other tasks assigned by your manager
Requirements:
Relevant technical qualifications with minimum 5 years of motorcycles repairing experience
Candidate with hands-on technical experience
Team player with high level of initiative and drive
* Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
