Job Description
Responsibilities: * Responsible for management of spare parts whether picking orders or locating spares parts within the warehouse * Ensure smooth operation of the Warehouse * Manage warehouse and inventory to keep it organized * Check an Responsibilities: Responsible for management of spare parts whether picking orders or locating spares parts within the warehouse Ensure smooth operation of the Warehouse Manage warehouse and inventory to keep it organized Check and inspect incoming parts are correct and follow proper receiving process Arrange for outgoing deliveries, freight and shipments Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, distributing of spares/consumables to operation team Perform quarterly inventory check to ensure inventory accuracy Support Operation Team for urgent spare parts collection/disposal of items etc. Maintain Proper record of issuing of spares/ consumables Good team player Requirements: Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics or related field of studies. Entry level candidates will be considered for this position Good written and oral communication skills Experience in similar role preferred Able to perform shift work (day) and weekends/public holidays. Basic computer skills (MS office) Driving License preferred
