\xe2\x86\x92 Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

\xe2\x86\x92 10 months contract role to support SAP migration

Our Client is the world\'s leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Objectives: To support the Next Generation Business Architecture (NGBA) Go-Live UAT testing and recipe harmonisation - Project PUZZLE activities.

Responsibilities:

NGBA

• Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) pertaining to material master, EHS and quality modules
• Collects, review and ensure the accuracy of input for data upload
• Ensure the successful go-live of NGBA

Puzzle and Lab

• Track and ensure raw material specification are review and uploaded in IRMIS
• Assist Laboratory in performing scale up activities
• Assist in data input of inspection plan result in SAP
• Administrative support for the laboratory (shelf life extension, calibration coordination, COA scanning)
• Assist in the housekeeping of Lab in accordance to 5S standard

Compliance of QMS

• Support in the management of internal and external audits
• Ensure effective closure of non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action through the Non conformance management system (NCM) in SAP.
