Job Description

  • Provides onsite and remote support (on both software and hardware)
  • Repairs hardware and equipment (OS/platform-agnostic)
  • Conducts software, hardware, and users trainings both locally and overseas
  • Travels overseas for project management with our global customers bases
  • Technical writing

Job Requirements


  • Good understanding of OSes (primarily Android and Windows) and networking concepts
  • Standby after office hours to provide continous support to customers
  • Selected candidates will be sent overseas for training and are expected to complete all required certifications
  • Frequent travels (out of Singapore) may be required from time to time
  • Knowledge in the Point-of-Sales/Point-of-Services domains within the F&B/Retail markets is a plus but not a pre-requisite
  • Knowledge and ability in programming and scripting are desired but not necessary
  • As this position requires an excellent integration of both soft and hard skills, good communication and time-management skills are expected from all applicants.
The customers that we support are big global brands, and hence, the trainings that we are conducting for selected candidates will be highly intensive in nature. This position requires a high degree of committment, ownership, and ability to take stress. However, the reward will be many times more fulfilling than many other jobs in similar markets.
