  • Direct the efforts of the technical support engineering function, including supervision of the technical support EAs and technicians.
  • Develop training manual and PM procedure for new testers and equipment deploy for production,
  • Review and update PM schedule for existing testers and equipment, procedures and reports.
  • Provides project and team leadership for the Tech Support Engineering Group and also will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and providing high level guidance and leadership to meet internal and external customer requirement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop technical procedures for internal customers.
  • Responsible for writing, editing and updating PM procedures
  • Analyze PM data and develop technical documents, reports and plan for Kaizen activity to continuously improve tester performance by reducing downtime, improve the efficiency and feedback for future enhancement.
  • Work with customer on specifications, sets up and maintains necessary spare parts and tester capacity to support production for On-Time-Delivery (OTD).
  • Provide technical support to Technicians and customers to solve complex problems
  • Manages and coordinates activities of Tech Support Engineering Team.
  • Support 6S and Kaizen/ Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs
Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / IT/ Mechatronic) background
  • Good communication skill
  • Must be a team player and highly motivated.
  • Willing to learn and able to pick up fast
  • Flexibility and ability to change priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency
Experience/Education
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Mechatronic or Diploma in Engineering with more than 5 year experience in maintenance and repair of test systems

  • Work Location: 452 Alexandra Road, Singapore 119961 [Near Labrador Park MRT]
  • Working Days / Hours: 8am to 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
