A day in the life of a Technical Support Assistant\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Handle machine repair, installation/uninstallation and preventive maintenance
  • Support on machine troubleshooting and technical advice to CRC and Sales team
  • Perform preventive measures to ensure good reliability of our machines
  • Assist in organizing and managing the technical supports to local service partners
  • Assist in ensuring a good organization of local technical department (lab/tooling/spares/loaners) and support spare parts control
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met with customer satisfaction focus
  • Document job activities responsibly and submit relevant reportings diligently
  • Undergo relevant continuous trainings and learn on new machines and modifications
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, QSHE requirements and local laws/regulations for ASC
What will make you successful
  • Experience in After Sales Service Industry would be an advantage
  • 2-3 years experience in technical work
  • Familiar with MS Office
