Technical Support (Data Entry)

Location: Jalan Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM
Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus + Flexible Benefits
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers\' queries, technical issues, statuses and deliveries update.
- Maintain proper filing system and data system.
- Inventory management/planning; ensuring stock sufficiency.
- Administration; quotations, order processing, logistics arrangement, billing and warranty.
- Daily documentation
- Min. O\'Level and above
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Words
- Proficiency in SAP will be advantageous
