Requirements: 1.Diploma/Degree and above. 2.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 3.Self-learning skills and willingness to learn. 4. Interested in hardware and software fields. Job description: 1.Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries. 2.Provide professional technical support to our customers. 3.Perform product testing to better understand our products. 4.Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers. 5.Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month Benefits:
