Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Sales Department, Technical Service Supervisors, and Engineering Supervisor for additional technical specifications and scope of works required by the project.
• Prepares and computes project proposal (quotation) with bill of materials (BOM), manpower and equipment requirement.
• Conducts /Assists in site inspection and plant audit for verification of specifications and application.
• Prepares and processes Purchase Request (PR) for the materials, tools & equipment required of the project.
• Assists Engineering Supervisor and Sales Department in preparation of bid documents for special projects and long term contract proposal.
• Prepares and submit Technical reports
• Performs sketch and technical drawing for component/equipment for farm out fabrication.
• Assists Sales Engineers for plant to plant visit or plant audit (equipment inspection).
• Assists Field Foreman/Team Leader for the preparation of technical report.
• Assists Sales Engineer, Technical Services Supervisors for plant audit, thorough inspection and investigation in any failure or abnormalities on belt joints and other services and completed projects.
• Conducts Quality Inspection of incoming (from Suppliers /principals) and outgoing shipment (delivery to Clients) of products.

Job Requirements

• The Technical Service Engineer should have a 5 year engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other field of Engineering.
• Computer proficient (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in Auto CAD.
• Two to three years of broad technical experience, of which at least one year in conveyor system operations and related technical services.
• Open for fresh graduates

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
