Job Responsibilities:

Technical Proposal & Tender Management

Develop and submit comprehensive technical proposals, compliance matrices, datasheets, and tender documentation. Review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure solution alignment. Coordinate with project teams and consultants to validate technical submissions against specifications.

Pre-Sales Engineering & Solution Design

Conduct site surveys, gather critical data, and perform technical evaluations for system design. Select optimal products/systems based on technical feasibility and client needs. Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Testing, Commissioning & Issue Resolution

Execute system testing, commissioning, and performance validation. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex product/system issues (hardware/software). Develop alternative solutions for product limitations or field failures.

Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management

Generate incident analysis reports, equipment records, and maintenance documentation. Maintain accurate hardware/software databases and compliance trackers. Deliver product training to clients and internal teams.

Collaboration & Innovation

Provide proactive technical updates to cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, PMO). Support product innovation and improvement initiatives. Attend project meetings and client technical reviews.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent

Possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM tools, HVAC, BMS, CRAC, or building systems technical support is an advantage
