Job description

1. Assist project manager to prepare project-related documents such as schedule, design document, delivery order, etc.

2. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

3. Assist project manager to supervise the activities on site

4. Organize project documents

5. Co-ordinate with clients, logistics, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of schedule

6. Monitor carry out quality check on progressive completed make recommendation for effective project management

7. Communicate in a timely manner when abnormal conditions occur and be responsible for follow-up resolution

8. Daily / weekly report out

Requirement

1. Excelling in English and Chinese speaking and written

2. Experience in relevant education or training experience in management is preferred

3. Experience in project delivery or operation services is preferred

4. Strong self-learning ability and teamwork skills

5. Experience in Excel and Mail tools

6. Willing to accept short term business trip and over time work

7. Good organizational and communication abilities

8. Willing to learn more IT knowledge or Project management is preferred
