Technical Support - Network / System

  • Working hours: 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am (night shift will be on WFH Basis)
  • Working location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Fix $300 shift allowances! AWS and variable bonus will be given!
  • Entry Level position available; On the Job Training will be provided
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the performance and capacity of various systems and 3rd party network services using a variety of tools.
  • Determine the cause of the problem and troubleshoot issues by following the standard operating procedures.
  • Carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
  • When problems are too large or complex for quick troubleshooting, he must escalate the issue to management, other IT resources or 3rd party vendors for assistance in reaching a resolution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.
Job Requirements:
  • At least diploma in computer science, information technology or any related studies
  • Knowledge of the working of Domain Name System (DNS)
  • Basic Knowledge on Linux Systems
  • Knowledge of Web Servers (Apache & NGINX)
  • Basic Knowledge on Networking
