  • Responsible for L1/L2 technology support including troubleshooting of Digital Signage Software, Network issues and Client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals
  • Daily IT Support for customer ( onsite and offsite )
  • Maintenance and upgrading of current system
  • Hardware and Software evaluation with testing
  • Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • General Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T hardware and software products ( Digital Signage, LED Display )
  • Handle incoming calls from end user for I.T matters
  • Work closely with various IT resolver group to resolve customer software issues
  • Project installation/ Maintenance
  • Repair of LED modules

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in any field
  • 2 years or more working experience in same field
  • Mandarin Writing and speaking is a must as our supplier mostly from China
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
