Job Description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Technical Support Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to technical inquiries from sales teams and customers via phone and email regarding product capabilities, specifications, and applications Troubleshoot customer issues remotely and provide appropriate technical solutions Conduct application testing and prepare product demonstrations for sales teams and customers Develop and update training materials, technical manuals, and product documentation Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and experienced sales representatives Research and analyze competitor products and market trends Collaborate with the product development team, including overseas stakeholders, on new product releases and literature Maintain and update internal platforms (e.g., intranet, newsletters) with relevant product information Participate in on-site customer visits and support sales presentations, if required Support office administrative tasks, including quotation and order entry Identify areas for operational improvement and contribute to process enhancement initiatives Perform other duties or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent technical field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, product training, or applications engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer support Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with international counterparts Willingness to travel occasionally for training or customer seminars

Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB (Around 2 - 3 Months)

5 Days Work, ?Monday - Friday, 8.15am to 5.30pm
