Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business operation, System Upgrading.
  • Provide technical support to existing and new customers.
  • Ensure 24x7 standby service.
  • Responsible for preparation, creation, and test execution for any project testing phase.
  • Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum a Diploma Holder in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and software testing tasks including test planning, test case creation, and test reporting.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful, and have the right attitude.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to occasionally work overtime during the night as system maintenance will usually be done at night.
  • Programming background using C/C++, Linux, and Java.
  • Know well about Shell, PL/SQL, Python, and HTML.
  • Candidates with knowledge of OSS/BSS knowledge are welcome.
  • Ability to converse, read and write in Mandarin as this role needs to liaise closely with the HQ R&D department in China.
