Job responsibilities and requirements

  • Remote/On-site diagnosis and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration on the End-User devices
  • Manning helpdesk calls and emails and providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Manage/Change request on client site equipment
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Provide good customer service experience
  • Able to work on night shift (3 days work and 3 days off)
Work experience \xe2\x80\x93 1 year or more Languages: Mandarin and English
