- Provides technical leadership to Field Service team for new products and solutions.

- Provide training, technical inputs, coaching and consultancy services to local and regional team.

Description

Your role is a key role in providing technical leadership to the field service team. Your responsibilities include:

  • To lead technical escalations and collaborate with the R&D team to provide solutions.
  • To provide technical inputs to R&D for improvements for existing products.
  • Work with the Field service team on reports on equipment performance to customers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Profile

You should have a Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics/Mechanical or any relevant industry experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external parties. Experience in semiconductor test equipment.
