\xe3\x83\xbbComfortable talking to stakeholders and sellers regarding commercial aspects of cases
\xe3\x83\xbbClient support for strategic Customers of the company who use ICONICS products in the area, as designated by management.
\xe3\x83\xbbContinuous learning of software products and customer operating environmentsRequirementsThe Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbBachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
\xe3\x83\xbbProficiency with Windows platforms
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong troubleshooting skills and customer service-oriented
\xe3\x83\xbbFamiliarity with MS SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, networking, Web Services, IoT Technologies, Cloud applications, and data exchange (Azure, etc.), and Web publishing technology
\xe3\x83\xbbCertifications in the latest Microsoft technologies
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience with VBA/VB Scripting (or C#, C++)
