Experience in technical support in home appliances/ electronic products preferred
After-sales service / Technical team management
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire warranty process from initial contact to resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service.
Lead, mentor and train the after-sales service team to enhance the performance and skills.
Identify areas for improvement in the after-sales service process and implement solutions.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve product issues and secure necessary support.
Negotiate with suppliers for best terms possible, replacements, or repair under warranty.
Inventory management, ensure the spare parts are enough for daily operation.
Communicate and coordinate with Malaysia customer service support team to update repair status accordingly.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field.
Experience in E-commerce/ Home appliances/ Electronic products management is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
