Technical Support Programmer

to join our

Car Park Technical Support Team

based in

Singapore, King George

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support parking and security systems on a day-to-day basis. Provide timely technical assistance to users on all system-related enquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related technical issues in collaboration with customers, contractors, and vendors. Conduct user and internal staff training as needed. Support the implementation and enhancement of system features, including updating application software and documentation. Work closely with Field Support and Customer Support teams, both on-site and remotely.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

Computer Engineering

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of relevant working experience

is preferred. Candidates with related diplomas and strong hands-on experience will also be considered. Proven proficiency in:
