Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
  • Must possess basic web navigation skills
  • With good-excellent communication skills
  • Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs.
  • Willing to start immediately
  • Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
  • Applicant must be amenable to work onsite
  • Unvaccinated applicants must be willing and have plans to be vaccinated
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:
