Newly created position with a leading Algo trading company with a first class team!!Working Mon-Fri to accommodate a 24/7 model to support crypto trading, the primary focus of the role will be trade support, you will also contribute to team wide projects and help to develop robust and scalable solutions to improve the efficiency of the team and its processes, so the role will also involve automation to a large extent. With the guidance of the team, candidates will improve and develop new processes using a range of technical skills such as Golang and SQL.Notably, while cryptocurrencies will be the primary focus of this role, your role will cover various other asset classes.You are technically-minded with enthusiasm, initiative and able to work autonomously. The role is an opportunity to contribute to a small global team with new ideas and make a real and positive impact to the team itself, as well as the firm.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you Must have

• Extensive experience in cryptocurrency trading operations or technical support, with a strong understanding of the crypto trading environment.

• Operationally - onboard new exchanges or counterparties, have experience with trade executions and data analysis, manage cash (margin) across multiple crypto exchanges and brokers.

• It is imperative you are technically proficient (Golang, Python, SQL) and can work independently or if not, are already in the process of acquiring proficiency\xe2\x80\xa6not just thinking about it showcasing a dedication to ongoing learning and skill development.

• Experience working with crypto APIs and producing live reports for both crypto and non-crypto markets.

• Not be afraid to come up with ideas to optimize and automate processes.

• Strong initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
