Their solutions enable trust-building through digital identity and identity of things (IDoT) for individuals, organizations, and societies. As the Technical Writer, you will be reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, and you will get to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements.The Job:
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to gain thorough insights into product and documentation needs.
Establish and manage the information architecture.
Develop top-notch documentation meeting relevant standards and audience needs.
Craft user-friendly UI text, online help, and developer guides.
Conduct product and integration testing.
Review and enhance product documentation, including translated content.
Partner with the marketing team to refresh product brochures.
The Talent:
Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree coupled with at least 2 years of technical writing and documentation experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in proofreading and copyediting.
Outstanding written English skills are essential
Ability to read and write Chinese is beneficial to cover the Mandarin speaking market
Having the following skills will be advantageous but not a must
Exposure to UX or familiarity with UX principles
Familiarity with security (cryptography, network security, single-sign-on) or banking procedures (segregation of duties, role-based access control, two-factor authentication)
