Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- Location: Bedok
- Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to gain thorough insights into product and documentation needs.
- Establish and manage the information architecture.
- Develop top-notch documentation meeting relevant standards and audience needs.
- Craft user-friendly UI text, online help, and developer guides.
- Conduct product and integration testing.
- Review and enhance product documentation, including translated content.
- Partner with the marketing team to refresh product brochures.
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree coupled with at least 2 years of technical writing and documentation experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in proofreading and copyediting.
- Outstanding written English skills are essential
- Ability to read and write Chinese is beneficial to cover the Mandarin speaking market
- Having the following skills will be advantageous but not a must
- Exposure to UX or familiarity with UX principles
- Familiarity with security (cryptography, network security, single-sign-on) or banking procedures (segregation of duties, role-based access control, two-factor authentication)
- Product marketing
