• Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Technical Writer

The Opportunity

• Focus: Convey complex information in simple terms to stakeholder, research and create information through a variety of delivery media
• Office location: Singapore, Woodlands
• Working hours: 5 days' work (Monday-Friday) 8am-5:30pm
• This role starts off as a contract position

The Talent

• Fresh Grad and above welcome to apply
• Basic HTML5 writing experience
• Basic level of understanding written Traditional Chinese/Japanese will be preferred but not compulsory (Need to handle Chinese/Japanese translated content)

MAIN FUNCTIONSHTML Conversion:

• Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing documents and SOPs into HTML format.
• Ensure content integrity and accuracy during the conversion process.
• Push converted HTML documents into the BluePrint Platform for end-user access.
• Engineering Change Notification

(ECN) Support:

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of ECNs as requested.
• Track and document the implementation of engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOP efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to team members on SOPs and related tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
