Responsibilities:

• Service Recovery Support: Assist in the identification, diagnosis, and recovery of faulty equipment and machinery, ensuring timely restoration of service to meet customer requirements and operational goals.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues in equipment and machinery, using industry-standard tools and techniques.

• Preventive Maintenance: Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and prevent future failures, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.

• Repair & Refurbishment: Help in carrying out repairs and refurbishments of malfunctioning equipment, ensuring repairs are made in compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts replaced, and equipment status updates. Assist in generating technical reports for service recovery actions and outcomes.

• Parts Inventory Management: Support in managing spare parts and components for equipment recovery. Assist in tracking inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid delays in repair processes.

• Customer Communication: Assist in communicating with clients regarding service recovery updates, equipment status, and timelines for repairs or maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Quality Assurance: Help ensure that all equipment recovery actions meet company and industry standards for quality, safety, and reliability. Support post-repair testing and inspections to confirm equipment functionality.

• Training & Development: Participate in internal training programs to improve technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in equipment technology and repair techniques.

• Root Cause Analysis & Reporting: Assist in conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures and contribute to the development of solutions to improve long-term equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements
Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma in any technical discipline

• Willing to work outdoors and at heights

• Able to work 8 hours or 12 hours rotating shift
