• Repair & overhaul of the aero-engine components by benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, welding, machining or using other required mechanical skills.
• Follow procedures and guidelines to meet operational requirements and quality standards.
• Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.
• Report any incidents, hazardous conditions, and emergencies to the supervisor.
• Perform an assessment of risk of the activities and take corrective and preventive actions.
• To participate in audits and inspections as and when required.
• Attend EH&S training programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence
• Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities within the company.

• GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or mid-careers with keen interests to join the Aerospace industry is welcome.
• Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with equipment, tools and machines.
• Basic oral and written English language skills.
• A curious and learning mindset \xe2\x80\x93 we provide on-the-job training and certifications.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on a need basis.
• Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
