Job Purpose
Ensure assembly and test operating tasks and activities within time frame in agreement with the objectives fixed in term of performance, quality, and safety.




Role and responsibilities:

  • Adheres to all work processes, assembly and testing procedures.
  • Performing given scope of work in accordance with specifications.
  • Supporting and carry out assembly/testing activities across work cells.
  • Work closely with Assembly group leader and supervisor in the planning of jobs, highlighting issues and pacer items.
  • Preparation of equipment for Final Factory Inspection.
  • Troubleshooting of issues encountered during assembly and test of equipment.

You are meant for this job if:
  • At least a NTC 2 or Diploma in any Mechanical fitting, automotive or relevant.
  • Those with clear understanding of basic mathematics, good written and communication skills in English are highly preferred.
  • Able to operate and handle basic manual hand tools, pneumatic air and hydraulic powered tools.
  • Able to use laptop, tablets and other electronic devices in carrying out daily activities.
  • Able to cope with changing and fast paced working environment.
  • Preference will be given to those with minimum of 1-2 years of assembling or pressure testing working experience and have a strong aptitude for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to comprehend work instructions, procedures and engineering blueprints, with some mechanical experience is necessary.
  • Strong desire to improve skills and knowledge in assembly and testing environment.
  • Personal ownership to uphold safety practices and adherence to workplace policies.
