Job Title Technician SummaryWhat you will be doing:

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
• Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime
• Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility
• Safety Inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order
• Servicing and maintaining of ACMV System including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system
• Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue
• Submit and compile service reports after completion of maintenance works
• Inspection and taking readings of meters
• Stock taking for inventory
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
• Able to lead team to carry out routine work
• Ensure that quality work is being done and according to scope
• Escort and explain to contractor for corrective work required to resolve ACMV issue
• Assign and close work order for mobile app (if required)

You are:

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
• Resolve customer complaints and submit service reports after maintenance.
• Inspect meters, manage inventory stock taking, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Lead a team for routine work and ensure quality work according to scope.
• Escort and guide contractors for corrective work and manage work orders using a mobile app.
