Responsibilities:
1. Perform inspection, mechanical repair & assembly work of aircraft structural component.

2. Ability to perform the followings:
o Inspect and document defects accurately in Inspection Repair Records (IRR)
o Mechanical Repair
o Part Forming
o Part Replacement Work
o Small Component Assembly and Disassembly Work
o Final inspect completed repair task, ensuring it is serviceable and ready for release to service.

3. Use Alignment Jig / ASMJ for Repair Work

4. Carry out repair work according to repair scheme / routing

5. Clear routing upon job completion

6. Produce good quality repair work

7. Ensure understanding of personal PPE and a safe environment with 5S on workshop

Requirements:
1. Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
2. Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance, repair & overhaul of nacelle components
3. Understanding of blue prints, repair instructions & sketches
4. Possess CAAS A12, B11 & L11/L12 papers would be advantageous
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
6. A team player with a positive working attitude and keen interest to learn
7. Fresh school leavers will be considered for an entry level position
