Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role

Provide instruction and work with technicians to carry out planned preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repairs as instructed by the Engineer. Enforce and check general housekeeping and tidiness of the workplace and workspace. Attend to TAM cases assigned by the Engineer on-site, carrying out permanent rectification or temporary repairs/fixes (when necessary) within the given time. Assist the Engineer in following up on outstanding issues passed down. Be required to come on-site if urgent issues arise. Maintain good physical condition and strength. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocols. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures. Ability to work well with minimal supervision and with technicians. Able to lead the team in the absence of a supervisor. Able to support events with a dynamic work schedule. Able to supervise contractors for any repair work and project work. Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices. Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately and timely.
