Contract Technicians
to support ongoing projects involving the installation and servicing of speed limiters, telematics devices, and vehicle safety systems. This role is project-based and ideal for individuals with hands-on automotive or electrical skills who can deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Install, calibrate, and test speed limiters, GPS trackers, in-vehicle cameras, and related fleet safety systems.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements of faulty equipment when required.
Carry out vehicle wiring and ensure proper system integration without compromising safety standards.
Support compliance activities, including calibration submissions to regulatory authorities (SPF/LTA).
Maintain accurate job records, work orders, and service documentation.
Coordinate with supervisors and the operations team to complete installations on schedule.
Adhere to company safety protocols and site requirements.
Requirements
ITE / Diploma in Automotive, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or relevant experience.
Prior experience in vehicle servicing, wiring, or equipment installation preferred (training will be provided).
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (advantageous).
Able to commit to project deadlines and work on-site at customer locations.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
