Job Description
- Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine checks on campus facilities.
- Address stakeholder feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee the work of contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum NTC 3 in Electrical Technology or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Facilities Management within a school environment.
- Knowledge and skills in Audio and Video systems would be advantageous.
- Must possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential qualities.
- Immediate availability for work is preferred.
