Conduct repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine checks on campus facilities.
Address stakeholder feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Oversee the work of contractors and ensure compliance with standards.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum NTC 3 in Electrical Technology or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Facilities Management within a school environment.
Knowledge and skills in Audio and Video systems would be advantageous.
Must possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential qualities.
Immediate availability for work is preferred.
