Job Description

- Assist on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the campus, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning all other matters related to the maintenance management of the campus;
- Assist in fire fighting procedures and emergency situations.
- Provide support on event layout and setup
- Provide technical support and attend to breakdown as requested by Help-desk;
- Follow up on work done by contractors of electrical, air-con, plumbing, kitchen equipment, fire alarm system.
- Other work as may be assigned.
- 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturday
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC certificate or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Technician
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skill sets
- Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
