Responsibilities
- To carry out handyman repairs that includes but not limited to painting, changing lock sets, hanging items or fixtures, clearing of choke in sanitary wares etc.;
- To assist the Technical Executive to monitor and supervise Contractors works
- and services;
- Identify faulty items in the property for necessary replacement and be able to plan schedule maintenance and to provide technical advice on the areas for
- improvements;
- Any other instructions issued from time to time by People’s Association or its representatives.
Requirements
- Higher Nitec in Facility Management or Civil & Structural / Mechanical /
- Electrical Engineering or approved equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in building /facilities maintenance
