It is currently looking for a Technician to be deployed on site, to ensure the smooth daily operations of the equipment and facilities in the estate. The Technician is employed directly under the MCST of the condominium. Responsibilities and Essential Functions : Assist the Condominium Manager in the daily operations of the equipment and facilities. Conduct regular inspection, trouble shooting, and preventive and corrective maintenance work to ensure the safety of the estate. Attend to feedback by residents, take remedial actions or recommend course of action for facilities and to the Condominium Manager. Any other handyman assignments directed by the Management. Work with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team. Requirements: Nitec / Higher Nitec in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. A team player with good interpersonal skills. Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills. For emergencies, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided. At least 3 years of relevant experience in solving handyman and technical problems, especially electrical wiring and lighting. Experience with mechanical/electrical installations and systems is an advantage (e.g. ACMV, lifts, fire protection, electrical DB, pumps, water tanks, taps and sinks and shower heads, leaking or choked pipes, etc).
