Job Description

What You'll Do:

Carry out inspection of riser and internal pipes, maintenance, repair and alteration of riser and service pipes, liaise with customers and supervise contractors. Conduct and meet targeted number of gas inspections for gas riser pipe, external and internal gas pipe in residential premises as assign by supervisor. Carry out maintenance and repair works of risers in HDB and private estates that are found and reported to be poor condition. Supervise contractor in the maintenance and repair works of risers in HDB and private estates that are found and reported to be poor condition. Assist in supervising contractor in the addition and alteration works of risers in HDB and private estates. Liaise with premise owners on appointments for riser inspection or repair works.

What You'll Need:

NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline Relevant working experience would be advantageous Possess a personal vehicle and able to use for work purpose Good grasp of using Microsoft applications, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc. Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
