Job Responsibilities :

• Perform daily operation of utilities section equipment thermic fluid heater, chillers, AHUs and air compressor, etc.
• Perform daily routine maintenance of coating machinery and utilities equipment
• Carry out weekly and monthly preventive maintenance schedules for coating machinery and utilities equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day problems in the plant
• Repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and simple electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment
• Ensure proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work areas
• Perform documentation of maintenance activities and up keeping of all maintenance records
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time
• Work with third-party contractors who provide maintenance services (e.g. ACMV, CDA, fire system, etc.) to support their work.
• Assist contractors working on approved projects for building maintenance and modification.
• Perform routine inspection of building and make necessary repairs to maintain the building quality
• Ensure implementation, adherence, and participation to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility
• Perform repairs &, maintenance task by in house and update to Engineer/ Asst Manager which is beyond the capability of in-house work

Job Specification :

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with outstanding experience and expertise in maintenance and installation work on plant electrical mechanisms and equipment
• Proficient in AutoCAD and basic office computer software
