Job Description
- Carrying out preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance servicing to the aircon system & general building M&E systems.
- Escort & manage any specialist vendor works
- Attend to complain calls and rectify the faulty occurred in all types of M&E system
- Conduct walkthrough check on the M&E system every morning
- Preparing Bill of Materials for all the assigned works
- Producing service reports in English after the servicing
- Carrying out maintenance of certain critical systems after office hour
- Basic computer knowledge to record the values in the maintenance system
- Sound technical hands on experience in servicing & troubleshooting DX system, VRV system & Chilled water system
- Basic knowledge required in electrical systems and the general building facility systems
- Preferred to have special training course certificate from OEM like Daikin, Mitsubishi etc.,
- Willingness to work in rotational day/ night shifts
- Willingness to work in alternate Sundays and take off during a week day
- Should be physically fit to cover the vast campuses by walk to conduct daily walkthrough check
- Willingness to come back to site to attend any emergency issue regardless of Off day or Non- duty hours
- Willingness to work as a team with fellow technicians
- Preferred to have basic safety course certs like CSOC, Work at Height supervisor, Scaffolding Erector, Scaffolding Supervisor, First Aid, CERT
- Minimum NITEC/NTC2 in motor vehicle or diesel, or equivalent
- Should be able to work independently
