Technician / Senior Technician (facilities, Nsrcc Changi)

Job Description
The Job:
- Ensure works carried out by contractors are in order
- Ensure all technical equipment/machines are in good working conditions
- Standby night duties for exigency call for NSRCC
- Prepare and arrange monthly cleaning of Wet Playground
- Assist in the implementation procedure and correction maintenance programs
- Handle complaints and repair works accurately and in a timely manner
- Responsible for the purchasing of all maintenance parts
- Cleaning of Koi pond
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical / Air-con or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
- Electrical licence by Energy Market Authority (EMA) will be an added advantage
- Possess integrity, good decision-maker, resourceful
- Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays
- 6-day work week (Mon to Sun)
- Rotating shifts: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm / 2:45 pm to 10:15 pm
- Monthly laundry & mobile allowance provided
- Allowance provided for cleaning of koi pond when applicable
- Overtime pay provided when applicable
- Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
