Work Location: Various locations within Mainland Singapore Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5.15pm Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

Support the Manager or Senior Engineer in all technical matters related to elevator equipment installation, maintenance, and fault resolution. Conduct inspections on newly installed and serviced equipment to verify compliance with safety and performance standards. Respond swiftly to breakdowns affecting safety or performance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal operational disruption. Plan and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Investigate technical issues and prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended corrective actions. Participate in calibration committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments. Contribute to the technical development of junior team members through training and mentorship. Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support departmental objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance

Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel

Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
