What You Will Achieve

You will be part of Pfizer\'s manufacturing division and support production, business, and other processes in a team-based environment. You will be an integral part of the cross functional team to maximize efficiency and support delivery of Key Performance Indictors. You will play an active role in the achievement of daily performance targets to a required safety and quality standards.

You will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team\xe2\x80\x99s success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge.

How You Will Achieve It

• Manage own time, professional development, prioritize workflows and be accountable for own results.
• Complete adherence to all plant safety and Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} regulations to the highest standards along with adherence to right first time principles.
• Report all equipment, automation and utilities\' maintenance requirements to the Shift Supervisor or Shift Coordinator in a timely manner.
• Maintain a permanent, accurate and full record of all operating conditions and actions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
• Change Agile with proven track record in taking initiative and in continuous improvement
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a strong focus on culture and behaviors
• Strong communication and team skills

Nice-to-Have

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Previous experience in CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Experience of API process operations in an automated environment
