ITE graduate Physically fit Handy man working experience / Simple PC knowledge 9am to 6pm; 9am to 1pm / 5.5 days - Mon to Sat. -Staff transport pick-up at ANG MO KIO / YIO CHU KANG MRTs to office building -Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Custome * / Requirement

-Staff transport pick-up at ANG MO KIO / YIO CHU KANG MRTs to office building
-Dealing with English & Mandarin speaking Customers
-NO QUOTA FOR WORK PERMIT/ WORK PASS WORKERS
-Maintain proper routine checklists of all inspection activities.
-Relamping of exit lights, check the toilets\xe2\x80\x99 flushing systems, attend to minor routine repairs and report defects noted during inspection. inspect the car park, driveway, general condition, record utilities consumptions. inspect switch room, electrical risers, fire and pump rooms, standby generator room, etc.
-Assist the Supervisor in periodic cleaning / maintenance of the building from time to time.
-To attend to any emergency call when contacted by mobile phone after office hours and assist the Facilities Supervisor Manager / Management to rectify/resolve any site problems at ANG MO KIO / HQ. * Tel
