• Operation and Maintenance of all Facilities equipment such like ACMV,Pumps, Mechanical fans, AHU,FCU, Chillers, Compressor, Roller shutters, Security systems etc..
• Operation and weekly and monthly Maintenance Fire Protection system..
• Supervise and manage building operation, landscape, pest control, and Janitorial.
• Create and Maintain PM and CM work orders in Corrigo.
• Monitor the outside contractor\xe2\x80\x99s performance and work closely with vendors to ensure whether the work is completed according to specification Such like Chillers, Compressor etc.
