- Repair / overhaul aero-engine components by benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, assembly / disassembly or using other required mechanical skills
- Perform total productive maintenance (TPM) on machines.
- Perform programming and troubleshooting as required by engineer.
- Opportunity to perform advanced technology machines operations (Robotics, etc).
- Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
- A curious and learning mindset with keen interests to learning new technology.
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic oral and written English language skill.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
